I’ve been dying to try sous vide cooking for a while and I finally took the plunge thanks to finding an insane deal (info below). In case you’re unfamiliar, sous vide is a method used by some of the nicest restaurants on earth to cook meat perfectly at low temperatures. It requires one of these rad gadgets pictured here and are generally very expensive.
